experimental descriptions

Well, it's really only experimental because I don't know what I'm doing. In local reality, the real motivation is to create some kind of default, local home page so that netscape and lynx aren't always loading their homepages and using bandwidth.

If, along the way, it provides an environment to experiment with HTML, so much the better, eh ?
